Seamless Preservation were tasked with attending the property to undertake a quantitative moisture analysis to the kitchen/dining room solid floor , along with a qualified infrared thermography survey, due to water ingress issues.
Combining two well known and trusted survey methods with experience and a can do attitude meant that the moisture ingress was found in quick time. The problem was a corroded mains water copper pipe that was in bedded in screed/concrete.
The homeowner was able to forward our qualified report to their insurance company who have dealt with everything in a positive timely manner.
Remedial works were agreed, and commencement is due very soon.
